The third-generation entrepreneur in real estate, Abhishek Trehan, has been a stalwart at the Trehan Group for the last 18 years. After completing his B.Sc from Thapar Institute and MBA from HEC Paris, he started looking after the planning, architecture, business development, land acquisition, and other specialised execution aspects in the Trehan Group. The Trehan Group has witnessed tremendous growth under his leadership and currently has three offices in operation with expansion across all ongoing projects. Under his guidance, the company forayed into the segments of premium villas & high street malls and housing.

Aman Trehan, is the third-generation staunch entrepreneur in the realm of real estate in his family. He began his career at a very young age as he joined his family business to understand the nuances of the industry, while completing his college degree. He learnt the basics of this industry from his father and looked up to him as his guiding light and mentor in business and life. He also gained the fundamental knowledge & skills of engineering from his father. With an experience of more than 18+ years in the realty industry, he further aims to expand the business into different segments in the future.

A Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing, Didar Singh carries an extensive experience of 24 Years in business development. He has worked for challenging industries like Pharma, Insurance & Real Estate across Delhi NCR. He has successfully worked for some of the renowned retail developers and has a vast network of Channel Partners, Brokers, Freelancers working in the Real Estate sector. Customer satisfaction & need-based investment advisory has been his forte - a great team player leading a supercharged sales team equipped to handle Pre & Post Sales queries. A professional & cordial relationship with all clients & investors is his priority.

Pralayesh is a versatile and enthusiastic professional with over 15 years of work experience and he have done M.Tech from IIT, Madras. His key expertise in strategy formulation, internal process setup, handling large teams, effective communication with external stakeholders, Govt. project coordination. He has worked in numerous reputed organizations as Head of Projects & Planning. He has been a Design Manager in PRITHU Homes, Realization Technologies, Lotus Green Developer Pvt. Ltd., Tehri Hydro Project and Achievement Delhi International Airport, and Subansiri Hydro. He has numerous achievements that include heading the 'Delhi One' project in Noida and scaling up the companies' turnovers by a broad margin, transforming overall quality control systems of important projects. He had a profound experience in process flow chart development, audit optimization, and enhancement, providing technical and soft skills development training

Akash comes with an exhaustive experience in the Indian Retail Real Estate market & is a trusted adviser to developers, occupiers & investors. At Trehan IRIS, Akash is heading the Leasing vertical and will be responsible for bringing on board the most suited brand mix using his strong trade network & deep domain knowledge, along with strategic planning, zoning & positioning of the existing and upcoming developments. In his free time, he loves to travel & spend time with his friends & family. Subhashendra has more than 20 years' experience in Finance & Accounts with a thorough grasp of Corporate Finance, Corporate Planning, and Finance Analysis. Having knowledge of various financial policies and procedures, corporate and taxation laws and statutory enactments. Subhashendra is a Chartered Accountant. He has worked with reputed Organisations like Unitech Group, Ireo Group, Kalpataru Group, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. etc. Subhashendra joined us as CFO in January 2024.

A Graduate in Architecture from NIIT Nagpur and has done his executive course in management from IIM Ahmedabad. Apart from having worked with the top Global Design and Real Estate Firms, Alok believes in working on every assignment to be placed a cut above. A LEED Green building certified professional, truly loves contributing and taking projects towards a more sustainable future. He has led projects not only in design but also in adoption of Project Management Strategies, which improved Projects their turnaround time and overall costs. Besides, He loves reading, writing and practicing yoga as a life driving principle.

Sumer Negi is a seasoned Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the design, execution, and contracting of MEPF systems across a wide range of projects, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and infrastructure developments. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech) from UPTECH University, Lucknow, he has developed a reputation for his resourcefulness and expertise in conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies, and requirement assessments. Mr. Aditya Yadav, a young Architect Town Planner, holds a Master's Degree (M.Plan.) in Town Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and a bachelor's degree (B.Arch.) in Architecture from BBD University, Lucknow. An architect to the core, with experience over a decade, he is the master behind producing sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs. He has been at the helm of space planning and design functions with a wide-ranging experience in mixed-use, retail, commercial, residential & corporate projects. With his strategic planning and execution, he has been able to ride the inflection point in the real estate industry, creating landmark projects like SUPERNOVA that have proved to be industry hallmarks.

A versatile Human Resource professional, Parkash has a proven track record of more than 25 years in managing a wide spectrum of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Reward Management, Employee Services and Engagement, across the board. Known for his initiative, strong process orientation and excellent people management skills, he is able to attract the best talent onto the table. Parkash is a Post Graduate in Commerce with an MBA from IMT-Ghaziabad as well as a specialised Diploma in Personnel Management. Sukumar Mallik completed B.sc and B.com(Hons) degree holder from Calcutta university and has been with the Trehan Group of Companies since 1998.Work experience includes as an Auditor with a Chartered Firm M/s Prakash & Sontosh, Delhi, as an Accountant in 'HIDESIGN', and as Principal Accountant in M/s Eastern Telecom & Technology Ltd. Well-versed in managing challenging situations. Possess impeccable command over the finances of the firm. Prepares routine reports for the leadership, monitoring transactions, managing the financial systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Goutam, a young and skilled accountant, has been with the Trehan Group since 2010, serving with diligence and efficiency over ten years. He is competent in establishing strategic principles and policies in the accounts arena. Manages and oversees the accounting operations by monitoring the data and generating financial statements. Responsible for various administrative tasks and compliances with top authorities of the group, reporting and maintaining essential paperwork.
