The third-generation entrepreneur in real estate, Abhishek Trehan, has been a stalwart at the Trehan Group for the last 21 years. After completing his B.Sc from Thapar Institute and MBA from HEC Paris, he started looking after the planning, architecture, business development, land acquisition, and other specialised execution aspects in the Trehan Group. The Trehan Group has witnessed tremendous growth under his leadership and currently has three offices in operation with expansion across all ongoing projects. Under his guidance, the company forayed into the segments of premium villas & high street malls and housing.

Aman Trehan, is the third-generation staunch entrepreneur in the realm of real estate in his family. He began his career at a very young age as he joined his family business to understand the nuances of the industry, while completing his college degree. He learnt the basics of this industry from his father and looked up to him as his guiding light and mentor in business and life. He also gained the fundamental knowledge & skills of engineering from his father. With an experience of more than 18+ years in the realty industry, he further aims to expand the business into different segments in the future.

A Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing, Didar Singh carries an extensive experience of 24 Years in business development. He has worked for challenging industries like Pharma, Insurance & Real Estate across Delhi NCR. He has successfully worked for some of the renowned retail developers and has a vast network of Channel Partners, Brokers, Freelancers working in the Real Estate sector. Customer satisfaction & need-based investment advisory has been his forte - a great team player leading a supercharged sales team equipped to handle Pre & Post Sales queries. A professional & cordial relationship with all clients & investors is his priority.

Subhashendra has more than 20 years' experience in Finance & Accounts with a thorough grasp of Corporate Finance, Corporate Planning, and Finance Analysis. Having knowledge of various financial policies and procedures, corporate and taxation laws and statutory enactments. Subhashendra is a Chartered Accountant. He has worked with reputed Organisations like Unitech Group, Ireo Group, Kalpataru Group, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. etc. Subhashendra joined us as CFO in January 2024.

Sumer Negi is a seasoned Electrical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the design, execution, and contracting of MEPF systems across a wide range of projects, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, and infrastructure developments. With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech) from UPTECH University, Lucknow, he has developed a reputation for his resourcefulness and expertise in conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses, feasibility studies, and requirement assessments. Known for his strong process orientation and exceptional technical skills, Sumer is proficient in optimising quality through every stage of a project, from design to testing and commissioning. His comprehensive approach ensures the seamless integration of electrical systems, delivering projects on time and to the highest standards. Sumer has played a key role in driving successful outcomes across various verticals of the MEPF industry, adapting to client needs and ensuring that every project is executed efficiently. His dedication to excellence has made a significant impact, and his work continues to set new benchmarks in the field.

Apurva brings over 15 years of cross-sectoral HR leadership experience, having transformed HR into a strategic business lever across consulting, real estate, fintech, and public sector organizations. He has successfully set up both greenfield and brownfield HR build-ups, led large-scale HR Shared Services for 22,000+ employees, advised CEOs and promoters, and driven enterprise-wide transformation through automation, cloud ERPs, AI-based helpdesks, and analytics command centers. With deep expertise across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR CoEs, People Operations, M&A, and Change & Transformation, Apurva is recognized as a new-age people leader. He combines strategic foresight with operational discipline, building HR not just as a function but as a growth engine for business and culture. A calm yet resilient leader, Apurva embodies a warrior mindset with a human heart. Beyond work, he is a yoga practitioner, swimmer, avid reader, and mentor. Mr. Gaurav Bansal with an impressive career spanning over 18 years in the real estate industry, Gaurav is a seasoned and dynamic professional known for his strategic approach, strong industry relationships, and ability to deliver impactful leasing solutions. A graduate of Delhi University and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Business Management, he combines academic excellence with practical expertise to drive results. Gaurav's journey in real estate has been marked by several key milestones. Prior to joining Trehan Iris, he was with Felix Realty where he successfully led the Leasing & Sales team, playing a pivotal role in business expansion and retail partnerships. His earlier tenures at renowned organizations further shaped his expertise in retail and commercial leasing, making him well-versed in handling high-value transactions and large-scale developments.

Bibhash brings over 18 years of extensive expertise in customer relationship management, backed by a deep commitment to customer-centric strategies and innovative solutions. With a proven track record of implementing processes that prioritize customer satisfaction, exclusivity, and well-being, he has consistently led CRM functions that meet the highest standards of service excellence. Throughout his distinguished career, Bibhash has held leadership roles at prominent real estate brands across the National Capital Region (NCR), including Vatika, EMAAR, Satya, and Tata Housing. His leadership has been pivotal in driving success in customer satisfaction and establishing enduring, positive relationships. At Trehan IRIS, Bibhash spearheads the Customer Service vertical, where he drives initiatives that reinforce our dedication to delivering outstanding service and fostering meaningful connections with our clients. His contributions continue to enhance the customer experience and strengthen the foundation of trust and loyalty at Trehan IRIS.

Sukumar Mallik completed B.sc and B.com(Hons) degree holder from Calcutta university and has been with the Trehan Group of Companies since 1998.Work experience includes as an Auditor with a Chartered Firm M/s Prakash & Sontosh, Delhi, as an Accountant in 'HIDESIGN', and as Principal Accountant in M/s Eastern Telecom & Technology Ltd. Well-versed in managing challenging situations. Possess impeccable command over the finances of the firm. Prepares routine reports for the leadership, monitoring transactions, managing the financial systems, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Goutam, a young and skilled accountant, has been with the Trehan Group since 2010, serving with diligence and efficiency over ten years. He is competent in establishing strategic principles and policies in the accounts arena. Manages and oversees the accounting operations by monitoring the data and generating financial statements. Responsible for various administrative tasks and compliances with top authorities of the group, reporting and maintaining essential paperwork.

Garvit Gupta brings with him over 20 years of deeply specialized experience in Marketing Communication and Brand Strategy, having served in senior leadership capacities with organizations of the stature of CRC Group and ATS HomeKraft (an ATS Group company). He has successfully spearheaded the launch of 15+ landmark real estate projects across Delhi-NCR, independently managing peak monthly media budgets across multiple channels. Over the course of his career, he has managed 300+ Print Ads, 100+ Radio Campaigns, and numerous TV and Digital Marketing Campaigns, while also orchestrating high-profile celebrity collaborations with names such as Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar to amplify brand presence. Mr. Gupta holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising & Marketing from YMCA, New Delhi, a Master of Commerce from Rohilkhand University, and a Google-FICCI Digital Marketing Certification.

Mukesh Kumar is an accomplished design professional with over 22 years of experience delivering large-scale commercial, retail and mixed-use developments. He brings deep expertise across the entire building lifecycle from concept design and approvals to tendering and project delivery. He has a strong knowledge of building bye-laws, leasing calculations, stakeholder coordination and regulatory processes. His portfolio includes large IT/IT SEZ campuses in Gurugram and Noida, where he contributed from excavation through the completion of multiple towers and amenity blocks. He also led the delivery of Grade A commercial developments such as Signature Tower III and Candor Tech Parks in Sec 48, Gurugram and Sec 62 & 135 Noida, which are leased to global corporations. He has collaborated with leading international design consultants, including Benoy, Jerde, 10 Design, RBTA, and Esteva i Esteva, bringing global design perspectives to Indian developments. Several of his projects have achieved LEED and IGBC certifications, reflecting his strong commitment to sustainable and efficient design practices. Mukesh is a registered Architect, Town Planner and IGBC Accredited Professional. With a keen interest in IT parks, commercial hubs and retail environments, he combines technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver functional, compliant, and future-ready developments.

Ratul brings over two decades of leadership in architecture and project management, with deep experience delivering transformative developments across high-rise super-luxury residential, commercial, institutional, and integrated smart township projects. He has led flagship masterplans and large-scale developments across India and Gulf region and was associated with organizations like Advance India Projects Limited (Gurugram), Creative Engineering Consultants (Abu Dhabi), Emami Realty Limited (Kolkata), Vatika Limited (Gurugram), M3M India Private Limited (Gurugram), DLF Limited (Gurugram) and various architectural consulting firms in New Delhi. Ratul Gupta holds a Bachelor's of Architecture; is a registered member of the Council of Architecture & Indian Institute of Architects, and is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor.

Kamlesh Patel brings over 32 years of extensive experience in mall construction, finishing works, and retail brand fit-out coordination. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the execution of large-scale commercial and retail projects, consistently delivering within strict timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. His core expertise lies in managing complex interior fit-outs for multiple retail brands, ensuring seamless coordination between design, execution, and operational requirements. He has a proven ability to collaborate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and brand teams to drive smooth project delivery and resolve on-site challenges in fast-paced environments, his is capable in project planning, resource optimization, and stakeholder management. His hands-on approach, combined with deep technical knowledge of construction and finishing standards, ensures precision and efficiency across all project phases. Kamlesh will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of Trehan Iirs's growth and development.

Mr. Amit brings with him over 23 years of deeply specialized experience in EHS leadership, having served in senior regional capacities with organizations of the stature of Colliers International and CBRE South Asia Pvt. Limited. He managed EHS operations for a large portfolio of clients, including Google, Amazon, Adobe Systems, DuPont, Medanta Hospital, Godrej Properties, Ashoka University and the Airport Authority of India, among many others. He leads the management of EHS policies, compliance frameworks, contractor safety standards and risk management with strong accountability at every level within the organization. On the academic and professional certification front, Mr. Amit holds a NEBOSH International General Certificate (UK), a Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001:2018, a Certificate in ESG Sustainability from GD Goenka University, and a Diploma in Industrial Safety Management from Patna University. He is also a Lifetime Member of the National Safety Council of India.
